the pub had nice facilities with free parking.
the staff wasnt very friendly and the food was not good, it reminded me of someone without training made it. veggies from roast dinner tasted watery, like them were frozen earlier.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room had better facilities than i expected. It included good tea and coffee, bathrobes, and slippers. The breakfast was also good. There was plenty of parking. A bus stop was conveniently located right outside, helpful..
The room was really hot. The window did not open much. The road noise was noticeable, but not too bad.

i stayed in a cottage portland room. it was a superb flatlet. i booked a meal in the pubs restaurant and the food was lovely. breakfast was included in the morning.
Access to the room was up a steep and narrow staircase. This made it difficult to manage with a heavy suitcase.

the location was convenient. there is a bus stop right outside the premises which gets you into town. this makes the hotel very accessible for travel purposes.

staff were super friendly. staff prepared an evening meal for one of our group when the kitchen was officially closed. they provided many nice little touches, for example, nice teas and coffees.
